Features

Everything IT needs to manage the fleet

From the first enrollment to reclaiming devices when people leave.

Powerful policies, easy editing

A grouped editor for 60+ settings, ready templates (Kiosk, BYOD, company, field, shared), diff before pushing and version rollback.

QR code enrollment

Create tokens per policy, time-limited, one-time, linked to employees. Scan the QR and the device joins with the right policy.

Controlled remote commands

Lock, reboot, reset password, lost mode, wipe… Dangerous commands require a reason, re-typing the serial and possibly admin approval.

Compliance: who has to do what

Every non-compliance issue becomes a concrete task: for the admin, for the device user, or unsupported — no more decoding error codes.

Alerts & automation rules

Unreachable devices, old patches, ADB on, banned apps, low battery… alert, lock or switch policy automatically by your rules.

Fleet-wide app inventory

See which apps run on how many devices, which versions and risks; look up Google Play and add to a policy in a few clicks.

People & employee portal

Map employees ↔ devices, import CSV. Employees use a code to see their device, follow fixes, ask for help or lock a lost phone.

Reports & audit log

Compliance trends, inventory, risk; CSV export, A4 print. Every action records who, what, why and the result.

How it works

From zero to a managed fleet in one afternoon

  1. 1

    Connect Google

Paste the Service Account and Enterprise ID. The system tests Google before saving; or use simulation mode.

  2. 2

    Create a policy

Pick a template (Kiosk, BYOD, company…), adjust it, review the diff and push to Google.

  3. 3

    Scan the QR code

Create a token and scan it on the welcome screen. The device gets its policy and shows up in the list.

  4. 4

    Operate & report

Track compliance, get alerts, send commands and export reports for management and auditors.

Why us

From a mobile app to a platform for the whole company

Secret keys never live on a phone

The Service Account is encrypted on the server and only used to sign requests — losing an admin phone never leaks your Google key.

Many people, the right permissions

Admins, technicians, viewers. Dangerous commands need a second approver — fewer mistakes and insider abuse.

Runs 24/7, no app to open

Automation rules watch continuously and alert on violations. Instant updates via Google Pub/Sub.

Less work for IT

Employees check their device, follow guidance and lock a lost phone themselves — IT only handles what really needs it.

FAQ

Quick answers

What do I need to connect real devices?

A Google Cloud project with the Android Management API enabled, a Service Account and an enterprise (enterprises/LC0…). Paste the key in “Google connection”; it is tested before saving. Until then you can use simulation mode.

Is the Service Account key safe?

It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server, never displayed again and never stored on an admin’s phone (unlike management apps that run on mobile).

Which devices are supported?

Any Android 8.0+ device enrolled via Android Enterprise: fully managed company phones, personal devices with a work profile (BYOD), barcode scanners, kiosks, tablets.

Where is my data?

Each customer has a fully separate database. Download backups at any time, or buy the source code and self-host.

How many devices can I manage?

Every paid plan manages up to 500 devices per account (Google’s default quota per enterprise). For larger fleets, create another management account per branch or department — no need to ask Google for more quota. The Free plan is limited to 5 devices for evaluation.

What happens when my plan expires?

You fall back to the Free plan limit (5 devices) — no data or settings are deleted, you just cannot add devices over the limit.

Ready to take control of your fleet?

Start free with up to 5 devices. Upgrade as you grow.
